Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Bean suite of applications published by Lagon Sud: Bean Granted, Bean Checked, Bean Sent, Bean There, Bean Counted, and Bean Operating.
Data collected
The Bean applications collect the following data, strictly necessary for their operation:
- Email address — used for account creation and verification.
- Employee name — entered by the administrator to identify employees within the organization.
- Application access permissions — which Bean applications each employee is authorized to use.
Some applications may collect additional data specific to their function (visit reports, machine data, route information, inventory counts). This data is business-related and entered by the user.
How data is used
Collected data is used solely for the operation of the Bean applications within your organization. Data is:
- Stored on servers operated by Lagon Sud.
- Used to authenticate users and manage application access.
- Not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
- Not used for advertising, profiling, or analytics.
Data storage and security
Communication between applications and servers uses TLS encryption (HTTPS). Data is stored on servers with restricted access.
Data retention
Account data is retained as long as the account is active. Business data (visits, routes, reports) is retained as long as the organization uses the service.
Account deletion
You can delete your account directly from the Bean Granted application (Menu > My Account > Delete my account). Account deletion follows this process:
- A 30-day grace period begins upon request. During this period, you can cancel the deletion via the link sent to your email.
- After 30 days, all data associated with your account is permanently and irreversibly deleted, including: employee records, machines, clients, routes, visit reports, signatures, and site locations.
- You will receive an email confirmation when the deletion is effective.

Third-party services
The Bean applications do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Children
The Bean applications are not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

This policy may be updated occasionally. The date at the top of this page indicates the last revision.
