The Bean suite is a set of mobile and desktop business applications for managing field operations, including employee management, route planning, machine maintenance, and inventory tracking.
Mobile applications
- Bean Granted (iOS, Android) — Administrator app. Create and manage employees, control app access permissions, and securely activate devices via QR code scanning.
- Bean Checked (iOS, Android) — Field technician app. Record machine visits, inspections, and maintenance reports using data prepared in Bean Operating.
- Bean There (iOS, Android) — Operator app. Follow weekly delivery routes and manage machine stock on the go, using routes planned in Bean Sent. Refill data is sent to Bean Counted for accounting.
Desktop applications
Available for download on the downloads page.
- Bean Operating (Windows, macOS) — Manage the machine fleet, clients, and visit schedules. Data prepared here is used by Bean Checked in the field.
- Bean Sent (Windows, macOS) — Plan delivery routes and manage van stock. Routes are sent to Bean There for execution.
- Bean Counted (Windows, macOS) — Consumption accounting dashboard. Tracks refills reported by Bean There operators.
